🐝 Bee Together Nights Where Families Play, Create & Connect At The Bee Kind Project, we believe connection is the heart of wellbeing and that starts at home. Bee Together Nights are all about bringing families and friends closer through community by creating laughter, creativity, and shared moments that truly matter. Join us for an evening filled with fun games, hands-on crafts, delicious cakes, and a cosy community book club where both children and grown-ups can unwind, share stories, and make memories together. Each month offers something new to enjoy, from creative projects and family challenges to book chats that spark imagination and kindness. These evenings are about slowing down, switching off, and reconnecting with each other and the community around you. Come as you are, bring your loved ones, and let’s bee together.

🐝 Bee Together Nights Connection Evenings Session Policy At The Bee Kind Project, our aim is to create safe, welcoming, and joy-filled spaces where all can connect, laugh, and grow together. Bee Together Nights are community evenings designed for everyone of all ages to enjoy games, crafts, cakes, books and connection in a relaxed and positive environment. Please take a moment to read and follow the guidelines below to help us keep these sessions fun and safe for everyone: 1. Respect & Kindness All are welcome kindness, patience, and inclusion are at the heart of every session. Please respect other participants, staff, and volunteers at all times. We ask that both adults and children use positive, respectful language and behaviour throughout the evening. 2. Supervision & Responsibility Children must remain under the supervision of their guardian at all times. well behaved dogs are also welcome. Guardians are responsible for ensuring their child’s safety and behaviour during activities. Our team is there to guide and support, but cannot take responsibility for unsupervised children. 3. Booking & Attendance Spaces may be limited, so advance booking is encouraged. These sessions are kept at an affordable community rate or may occasionally be free please only book if you plan to attend so others don’t miss out. If you can no longer attend, please let us know so your space can be offered to another family. 4. Food & Allergies Cakes and light refreshments are provided. Please inform us in advance of any allergies or dietary requirements. Parents are responsible for monitoring what their children consume. 5. Safety & Conduct The Bee Kind Project is an alcohol-free and and substance-free space. Aggressive, disruptive, or unsafe behaviour will not be tolerated. Please follow all guidance given by facilitators to ensure everyone’s safety and enjoyment. 6. Photography & Privacy To protect the privacy of all families, personal photography or filming is not permitted during sessions. Any promotional photos used by The Bee Kind Project will only be taken with prior consent. 7. Our Promise Every Bee Together Night is held with love, laughter, and purpose. By attending, you help us continue building a kind, connected community for all to join so bring your family and friends as all are welcome. By booking or attending, you agree to the terms of this policy and to uphold the values of The Bee Kind Project: kindness, respect, and connection.
